Walk-In Lab is a direct-to-consumer, online lab test purchasing service. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and other applicable law. Walk-In Lab reserves the right to make changes at any time and changes will be effective immediately upon publishing. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website.

By utilizing this site, you agree to the following: 

  you are over the age of 18;
    the information you submit while purchasing a lab test is truthful and accurate;
     you will not copy any images, text or structure from this website;
     you will use the site according to instructions and intended use; and
     you will abide by the Purchase Policy and Medical Disclaimer as defined below.

Purchase Policy:

The information on this website is for informational purposes only. Walk-In Lab makes no expressed or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the services provided. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided. Walk-In Lab shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transactions conducted or information conveyed on the website. Walk-In Lab offers no assurance of uninterrupted service or error free service. Walk-In Lab does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained on the website.

The users of this website agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Walk-In Lab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensor's, suppliers and any third party information providers to the website from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms & Conditions by the user.

Discount coupon codes issued by Walk-In Lab are issued as a courtesy to our customers.  Orders placed that do not meet the requirements or after expiration will be processed without the discount.  Coupons are not redeemable for cash and only one may be used for each purchase.  Adjustments, credits and/or refunds for discount codes not entered at the time of ordering will not be issued.

Refunds are only permitted prior to submission of specimens for testing. Within 3 months of purchase, a $20 cancellation fee will deducted from the credit card refund on all cancelled orders. No refunds will be issued after three (3) months from the original purchase date.

Unused requisitions for lab orders will no longer be valid after six (6) months from the original purchase date, no credit or additional services will be provided in exchange for unused requisitions after three (3) months from the original purchase date.  Please note, requisitions that have not been used within 90 days from the date they are issued may have to be reissued to you due to LabCorp purging unused requisitions from their system, and may result in an administrative fee assessed to you.

This website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. This website is owned and operated by Walk-In Lab, LLC.  All of the information contained herein is the exclusive property of Walk-In Lab, LLC.

Please note that New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island state laws prohibit direct-access testing and LabCorp has temporarily suspended testing in Massachusetts.  Walk-In Lab is unable to process orders in these states at this time.

Please also note that LabCorp and Walk-In Lab's Medical Director require that patients tested be at least 18 years old.  Walk-In Lab is unable to process orders for anyone under the age of 18 at this time.

Due to HIV state testing laws, website users in certain states that order an HIV test will be notified by email that pre-test and/or post-test counseling are required.  All this means is that telephone counseling and acknowledgment of the HIV Consent Form may be required prior to release of the HIV lab requisition and the HIV test results.
