Do you want to schedule a lab appointment?

Appointments are optional but always recommended if you want to get in and out of the lab as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that labs are busiest in the morning when most people are fasting. Just click "Make Appointment" and follow the on-screen prompts to make your appointment. Be sure to bring the appointment confirmation page along with the lab order. Also, remember to follow all test preparation instructions on the more details page of each test ordered.

Please note that if you ordered a home test kit, you must contact your local hospital, clinic, or phlebotomy service as LabCorp and Quest patient service centers do not draw for home test kits. For more information: https://www.walkinlab.com/home-test-kits-require-blood-draw

Walk-In Lab is prohibited from selling lab tests in the following states
LabCorp: NY, NJ, RI, MA, MD
Quest: NY, NJ, RI, AZ

Notice: Most Quest locations require an appointment.

Orders for LabCorp must be taken to LabCorp labs and orders for Quest Diagnostics must be taken to Quest labs. If you take your lab requisition to a different lab, such as a hospital, clinic, or urgent care facility, additional charges and delay of results may apply at that location upon arrival.
