How do I redeem points?
- Log into online account
- Click on “my rewards”
- Click on redeem gift card
- Once you redeem your gift card, you will be able to use it for Walk-In Lab purchases.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 18 months from your last purchase.
How do I view my reward points?
Go to “my account” and click on “my rewards” to see how many points you have earned and exchange them for a Walk-In Lab Gift Card.
What is a referral code?
This code is unique to each account. When referring a friend, you will give them your personal code to enter when they make a purchase. Once their results are uploaded, you will receive 100 points.
