Preparation:

Stop taking amino acid supplements and avoid products with aspartame 48 hours before your test. Collect a random urine sample on a Monday through Thursday. Avoid contamination from blood or menstruation. Freeze the urine sample and the ice pack for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen before shipping.
