This test searches for Tramadol in the urine. Tramadol is an opioid that is often used as a pain reliever. Tramadol is also being used for recreational purposes giving a euphoric high but the risk of overdose and addiction is high. Abuse of Tramadol can cause a number of complications including nausea, constipation, breathing difficulties, seizures, depression, and coma. Tramadol is usually detectable in urine 1-3 days after use, but can be detectable for longer depending on a variety of factors such as the metabolism of an individual and the quantity taken.
